bullet Yoga
  Emphasizes an organic lighthearted approach to deep-stretch, traditional Hatha Yoga
bullet Step Aerobics
  An aerobic class using the step.  Step aerobics burns 30-60% more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals and glutes.
bullet Spinning
  An aerobic class on wheels.  Participants use the stationary cycle to stimulate a real world bicycle obstacle course complete with hills, valleys, sprints, etc.
bullet Total Body Conditioning
  This class is a non-aerobic class that utilizes the tubing, body bars, dumbbells, and stability balls to strengthen and tone the entire body.
bullet Pilates
  This class is designed to strengthen the deep muscles of the "powerhouse" or center of the body.  The exercises have a prescribed number of repetitions to improve flexibility, coordination and balance, uniting body and mind.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Thursday:  5:30 AM - 10 PM

Friday - 5:30 AM - 8 PM

Saturday and Sunday 8AM - 6 PM
